Max helped me make a cake yesterday for the 4th. He helped put all the ingredients in the bowl, mixed the eggs, and then did a LOT of mixing to mix the batter together. During naps, I decorated it. We ate a whole bunch of blueberries and strawberries yesterday - from red, white and blue waffles for breakfast to flag cake dessert!
We went to Bonzo's to swim and do a cookout. Max was great in the water - very brave (almost too brave) - and had lots of fun. Then it was on to the food. He loved the ribs, hardboiled eggs, beans and bread. We were all amazed at just how much food the little guy put away!
