Evelyn did ALL of the measuring for scratch cookies today herself, as well as all of the mixing and sprinkle-coating. I just read the recipe, demonstrated the proper measure levels, and rolled the individual cookies out. Evelyn even vacuumed up the mess - and the sugar stuck to the bottoms of her feet - when we finished. She's quite the confident cook!
