We woke up at Animal Kingdom Lodge READY to tackle the Magic Kingdom. We planned to spend the morning in the park, then come home for an afternoon swim before heading back to ride some more rides before dinner IN CINDERELLA'S ACTUAL CASTLE. Not sure if the kids or grownups were more excited about that part, truly. It was pretty spectacular and met all of our expectations.
The kids were so worn out by the end of the day that they both fell asleep on the bus, and Max sleep-walked up to the hotel room before face planting on the floor. We definitely did our best to "savor the moment," as Max kept reminding us to do.
