We traveled to Richmond to end our trip. I had a work event at the Flying Squirrels baseball game, which was a fun night for all of us.
The next morning, the kids discovered the joy of breakfast at an Embassy Suites (which they call a Richie-Rich Hotel). Big joy about the omelette stations and improved options.
Then, HOORAY, surprise trip to King's Dominion for the morning. LOTS of rides to be ridden and very short lines!
Then we raced home for a gathering of new ACDS friends. Evelyn fell asleep - finally - in the car.
And we are back to the grind - crafting and reading and enjoying the comforts of home!
